Die ganzen Verbesserungen fürs iPhone freuen mich zwar - speziell, dass das iPhone 11 noch mitgenommen wird, finde ich spitze aber, dass meine Apple Watch SE2 bereits aus dem Support fliegt, finde ich sehr bedauerlich und ärgerlich.

Anscheinend hat SIRI AI bei den unterstützten Apple Watch Modellen geschlampt. Reddit meldet schon, dass auch ältere Uhren das Update bekommen.

Ich habe nur einen Spaß gemacht. Einen iMac kann man nach den 8 Jahren Support, den Apple bietet, immerhin noch mit Windows oder Linux nutzen.

Bei iPhone, iPad, iWatch, etc. ist das ärgerlicher ...
Apple nimmt aber schon recht lange Modelle aus dem Software-Support, die eigentlich noch funktionieren würden. Das ist nun keine Neuheit.*

Der Benutzerdefinierte EQ für die AirPods ist super.
Auch die Design-Verfeinerungen feier ich.
Mit dem Slider für Liquid Glass rudert man weiter davon weg.
So hätte halt iOS26 eigentlich schon rauskommen müssen.
iPhone 11 wird noch unterstützt. Super!

Das man aber alle Apple Watches unterhalb der 10 bzw. Ultra 2 fallen lässt, geht einfach gar nicht.
Auch gibt es keine neuen Health- bzw. Sportfunktionen. Die Uhren zeichnen Daten auf, aber machen nichts damit. Garmin und co. sind da mittlerweile Meilen voraus. Echt enttäuschend!

Heißt das, man konnte Airpods vorher noch nie EQen? Bestimmt doch aber über einen Player, aber dann für alle Ausgänge, oder? Oder was ist jetzt die Neuerung?

Du hattest in den zugehörigen Einstellungen nur die Option mit festgelegten Optionen zu arbeiten - jetzt kannst du manuell die Bänder anpassen, wie viele es auch sein mögen...wie bei den Apps der Hersteller anderer Kopfhörer - sofern die einen vernünftigen EQ mitliefern, was nicht alle tun hier sei z. B. B&O und B&W als Negativbeispiel zu nennen.

Für mich war damals einer der Gründe zum iPhone zu gehen, weil Onkyo seinen Musikplayer für iOS veröffentlicht hat - dort hatte ich dann einen umfangreichen EQ..sonst hätte ich mein kaputtes z1 compact nicht durch ein iPhone getauscht und wäre bei Android geblieben. Diese Limitation hatte mich schon bei meinen iPods genervt, nur fertige Profile nutzen zu können ^^.

Ich hoffe sehr, Spotlight und das was von Launchpad übrig geblieben ist werden in macOS 27 wieder einigermaßen benutzbar.
